I loved knowing my car was safely parked by valet. I also appreciated the convenience of being so close to the convention center for Comicon. The facility was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The view from the 16th floor was incredible. We checked out of the hotel Sunday morning but planned to attend the final day of Comicon. The staff permitted us to leave our belongings behind the desk until we were ready to leave that evening.

The breakfast was very good. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and attentive. We ate dinner there one night too, and staff made sure our glasses never got empty and that we had everything we needed.

The Front Desk personal were the best I've ever experienced. Helpful, friendly , patient and professional. Wish I could remember their names. They did their job with a genuine warmth. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was good. I would stay again. Be aware of valet parking. They were also friendly and professional.

Really big and spacious, beautiful scenery and elegant. Valet were amazing even with them being busy.
